What Information is Collected About Visitors?
The information that we collect about you while you are using the Site falls into two general categories:

How To Make Changes to Your Information

How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable security systems and secure computers to protect your information. We will only ask you for your password when you contact us and only in cases where you request customer service to correct a service problem which requires your password. Please be aware that Internet security technology changes rapidly and data transmission is never 100% secure. This policy and the use of this Site are governed by New York law. Any claim related to the Site or this policy shall be brought in a Federal or state court in New York, New York, within one year after the claim arises. You agree no such claim may be brought as a class action. Users of the Site consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy. The Site is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States where privacy laws may not be as protective as in your home country. If you are located outside the United States, please note the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States where it will be processed and maintained. If you are using this Site from outside of the United States, by providing information to us you are consenting to the transfer of the information to the United States for processing in a manner consistent with this Policy.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits the users of our Site who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
